## Usage Rules

- Usage resets monthly.
- Failed runs caused by platform errors are not charged.
- Premium model routes consume 2 to 8 run credits depending on model class.
- Overage is capped at 25% above included usage unless an admin raises the cap.
- Abuse controls may pause accounts with suspicious signup or token-burn patterns.

## Buyer Fit

Good fit for AI workflows where the buyer can estimate task volume and compare value per completed run.

Not a fit for buyers who require outcome-based pricing before instrumentation exists.

## Terms

- Renewal: monthly for self-serve, annual for enterprise.
- Cancellation: self-serve plans can cancel any time before renewal.
- Refunds: unused prepaid enterprise credits are not refundable unless contracted.
- Payment: card, ACH, or wire.
- Procurement: SLA, DPA, and security review available for Scale and Enterprise.
